A stainless steel work table provides a clean, stable surface for food preparation, plating and assembly in professional kitchens. The flat worktop holds ingredients, utensils and small appliances without shifting, while its height matches standard worktops and hobs so staff can work without bending or stretching. Stainless steel does not absorb liquids, odours or bacteria, so the surface stays hygienic between uses and is wiped down quickly with sanitiser or hot water.

The table stands on four legs joined by screws, creating a rigid frame that resists wobble under load. A flat edge 40 mm high runs around the perimeter, stopping spills and preventing items from rolling off. The legs are made from 40×40 mm steel profiles, giving enough strength for daily use without adding unnecessary weight. When the table is no longer needed, the legs can be unscrewed for compact storage or transport.

To use the table, position it on a level floor where staff can reach it from both sides. Place ingredients, tools or plates directly on the worktop; the 40 mm edge keeps everything contained. After each service, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and approved sanitiser, then dry it to prevent water spots. The underside of the worktop and the legs should be cleaned weekly to remove dust and grease that collect during service.

The worktop is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel reinforced with a laminated plate, ensuring it does not sag or dent under the weight of heavy pots or repeated chopping. The table measures 1200 mm long, 700 mm deep and 850 mm high, giving enough space for two staff members to work side by side without crowding. Its footprint fits standard kitchen aisles and can be placed against a wall or in the centre of the room.

Legs are fixed with screws, allowing the table to be dismantled for transport or storage. No shelf is fitted beneath the worktop, leaving the space below clear for waste bins, mobile racks or staff movement.
