A welded stainless steel stand provides a stable, level platform for professional catering equipment. The frame is built from square-section tube that resists twisting and bending, so heavy appliances stay securely in place during use. Four adjustable feet at the corners allow the stand to be set level on uneven floors, compensating for minor slopes without shimming or packing.
The stand is designed to carry a single shelf or work surface that spans the full width and depth of the frame. Load is distributed evenly across the shelf, preventing sag or deformation under the weight of heavy appliances such as mixers, slicers or hot cupboards. Anti-slide corners at each leg prevent the shelf from shifting once positioned.
To assemble, the operator lowers the shelf onto the frame, aligning it with the anti-slide corners. The adjustable feet are then turned to raise or lower each corner until the shelf is perfectly level. Once the feet are locked, the stand is ready to receive equipment. No tools are required for levelling, and the feet can be readjusted at any time to accommodate changes in floor level or load distribution.
The frame is constructed from 40 mm square-section stainless steel tube, welded at every joint for rigidity. The adjustable feet are stainless steel with a threaded stem that screws into the frame, allowing a total adjustment range of 65 mm. For heavier or uneven loads, an optional set of heavy-duty feet provides an additional 40 mm of adjustment.
The stand measures 500 mm front to back, 650 mm side to side and 500 mm in height. This footprint suits most professional worktops and countertop appliances, while the 500 mm height matches standard worktop heights in commercial kitchens. The 120 kg per shelf capacity allows the stand to support heavy-duty equipment without risk of collapse or instability.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel frame and feet can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The welded construction has no crevices or joints where dirt can accumulate, and the smooth surface resists corrosion and staining. The adjustable feet should be checked periodically to ensure they remain tight and secure.
Two sets of adjustable feet are available: the standard set with a 65 mm range, and an optional heavy-duty set with a 40 mm range for additional stability under heavier loads.
