The flat worktop collects no dirt in seams or joints, so food particles and bacteria cannot lodge in crevices. A shelf beneath the work surface adds organised storage for utensils, containers or ingredients within arm's reach, keeping the main work area clear for food preparation.

The operator positions the table where it is needed, unfolds the legs and secures them with the supplied screws. The 40 mm flat edge around the worktop prevents spills from dripping onto the floor and keeps small items from rolling off. Once assembled, the table remains stable under the weight of heavy pots, mixers or cutting boards. The shelf below holds trays, bowls or boxes without sagging, so everything stays within easy reach during service.

The table is constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel throughout. The worktop is reinforced with a laminated board to prevent flexing under load, while the legs are formed from 40×40 mm steel profiles joined by screws. This design allows the table to be folded flat for transport or storage when not in use.

A footprint of 1600 mm by 600 mm fits standard kitchen layouts, leaving enough aisle space for staff to move around safely. The 850 mm height matches most worktops and hobs, so the surface aligns with adjacent equipment for seamless workflow. The 40 mm flat edge adds a small lip that keeps liquids and small items contained without obstructing access.

Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and approved cleaner, then dry to prevent water spots. The absence of seams or welds on the worktop means no dirt traps, and the flat shelf below can be cleared and wiped in the same way. When the table is no longer needed, the legs fold down and the unit can be stored flat against a wall or in a cupboard.
