The table arrives flat-packed, with legs and cross-braces that bolt together. Assembly requires no specialist tools; the foldable design also allows the unit to be collapsed again for relocation or storage when space is limited. Once assembled, the table stands on four square legs that distribute weight evenly, preventing wobble during use.

To use the table, position it on a level floor where it will not obstruct traffic or fire exits. Load the worktop with the day's mise en place, small appliances or plating tools, while the shelf below holds heavier items such as stock pots, cutting boards or bulk ingredients. The raised edge around the worktop prevents spills from dripping onto the floor.

The entire structure is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, including the 40 mm high flat edge and the 40×40 mm square legs. A laminated board reinforces the worktop, giving it the rigidity needed for chopping, rolling pastry or assembling multi-component dishes without sagging.

Controls are not applicable; the table is a static unit that requires no power or programming. Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry to prevent water spots. The laminated board beneath the worktop should be cleaned with a damp cloth only, avoiding excessive moisture that could weaken the laminate. Legs and cross-braces can be wiped down with the same solution; no disassembly is needed for routine cleaning.
