The stainless steel table for the Gredil sink is a budget-class solution for professional kitchens. Collapsible design for easy transport and installation.
A stainless steel sink table combines a worktop, integrated sink and shelf in one unit, giving a compact prep and wash station that fits against a wall or between other catering equipment. The work surface holds ingredients, utensils and small appliances while the sink below provides running water for washing, rinsing and filling containers. A shelf underneath stores cleaning supplies or dry goods, keeping them off the floor and within reach of the operator.
The table stands on four legs joined by screw-fixed cross-braces, creating a rigid frame that resists wobble during daily use. Foldable construction allows the unit to be collapsed for transport or storage, then reassembled on site without specialist tools. The flat rim around the worktop prevents spills from dripping onto the floor and provides a lip that can be sealed to a wall or backsplash for hygiene.
To use the table, position it on a level floor near a water supply and waste outlet. Connect the tap to the 33 mm hole in the worktop, then secure the sink to the underside of the cut-out. Load the shelf with supplies, place ingredients and tools on the worktop, and begin prep or washing. The sink's 400 × 400 × 250 mm bowl holds large pots and trays for soaking or rinsing, while the surrounding work surface remains clear for other tasks.
The entire unit is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, including the 40 × 40 mm tubular legs. The worktop is reinforced with a laminated plate to support heavy loads without sagging. A 40 mm high rim around the edge contains spills and provides a surface for clamping accessories such as cutting boards or colanders.
Controls are limited to the tap, which the operator turns to start or stop water flow and adjust temperature if a mixer is fitted. The tap hole accepts standard 33 mm catering taps, allowing the user to choose a model with the desired flow rate and spray pattern.
The 600 × 600 mm footprint fits into tight kitchen layouts while providing enough space for two people to work side by side. The 850 mm height places the worktop at a comfortable level for standing operators, reducing strain during long shifts. The corrosion-resistant material withstands frequent washing with detergents and sanitisers, and the smooth surface allows quick wipe-downs between tasks.
Cleaning involves rinsing the sink after use, wiping the worktop and rim with a damp cloth and detergent, and occasionally removing the shelf to sweep or mop underneath. The foldable frame can be collapsed for deep cleaning or relocation, and the screw-fixed legs allow individual replacement if damaged.
The table is supplied as a single unit with a 400 × 400 mm sink and a shelf. No variants are listed for this model.
