Gredil shelves are made of stainless steel and are a budget-class solution for professional kitchens. Collapsible design for easy transport and installation.
A stainless steel shelf provides a flat, stable surface for storing ingredients, utensils and prepared dishes in a professional kitchen. The metal does not absorb moisture, odours or bacteria, so it stays hygienic under repeated use. Corrosion resistance means the shelf withstands frequent washing and the humidity of a working kitchen without rusting or weakening over time.
The GREDIL shelf stands on four vertical legs that transfer the weight directly to the floor. Shelves are fixed horizontally between the legs, creating a rigid frame that resists sagging even when fully loaded. The foldable construction allows the unit to be collapsed for transport or storage, then reassembled on site without tools beyond a screwdriver to secure the shelves to the legs.
To assemble, the operator positions the legs upright, slides the shelves into place and tightens the screws that lock each shelf to the legs. Once assembled, the shelf is ready to receive stock; no additional levelling or adjustment is required. The 1000 mm width and 600 mm depth give a generous worktop area, while the 1800 mm height places the top shelf at a comfortable reach for most operators.
The shelf is constructed from stainless steel sheet for the shelves and 40 × 40 mm angle profile for the legs. Both components are corrosion-resistant and suitable for food-contact surfaces. The angle profile gives the legs strength without adding unnecessary weight, making the unit easier to move when empty.
Cleaning is straightforward: the smooth stainless steel surface can be wiped down with a damp cloth and standard kitchen sanitiser. No crevices or joints trap food debris, so routine cleaning maintains hygiene without specialised equipment.
The shelf is supplied as a single article, with no variants or accessories listed.
