Snap-in gasket LF L3186090

A snap-in gasket forms a continuous seal between the oven door and the cabinet, blocking heat loss and keeping the cooking chamber at the set temperature. The flexible strip presses against the metal frame when the door closes, preventing hot air from escaping and cold air from entering. This maintains even cooking and reduces energy waste, which is critical in a busy kitchen where ovens cycle on and off throughout service.

To replace the gasket, the operator lifts the old strip out of its channel, cleans the groove, then presses the new gasket into place starting at one corner and working along the perimeter. No adhesive or tools are needed; the snap-in design holds the gasket firmly once it is seated. The door should then be closed and checked for a uniform seal around the entire edge.

The gasket is made in grey and measures 1560 mm by 670 mm. It fits Lainox, Mareno and Silko professional ovens. Other sizes can be ordered to match different oven models.

The size of the gasket determines which oven models it will fit, so the 1560/670 dimension must match the door frame exactly. A correctly sized gasket ensures the door closes tightly and the oven operates at full efficiency.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the gasket with a damp cloth to remove grease and food debris. The snap-in construction allows the gasket to be removed for thorough cleaning or replacement without damaging the oven frame.
