This sauce holder provides a secure way to keep hot sauces at serving temperature without direct heat. It features a sturdy base and individual pots that can be removed for plating or refilling. The porcelain pots distribute and maintain heat evenly, while the steel frame protects the work surface from spills and ensures the pots stay in place for safe handling.

The unit holds four porcelain pots, each with a capacity of 1.25 litres. The pots are placed into the steel frame, filled with sauce, and positioned on a worktop near the service area. When a pot is required, it can be lifted out by its rim without disturbing the others. The holder's low profile and compact design allow it to fit neatly alongside other kitchen equipment.

Constructed from steel with a black epoxy coating, the frame resists corrosion and is easy to clean. Each porcelain pot measures 125 mm in diameter and 145 mm in height, offering a shallow, wide shape that simplifies stirring and portioning. The combined volume of the four pots allows multiple sauces to be held at once without risk of mixing.

No controls are included; the holder depends on ambient kitchen heat or a nearby hotplate to maintain temperature. Weighing 6.2 kg, it remains stable on a worktop but can still be moved when empty. The dimensions of 630 mm by 267 mm ensure it fits standard worktop depths and can be placed against a wall or between other equipment.

Cleaning is straightforward: remove the porcelain pots, wash them in hot water with detergent, and wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth. The epoxy coating resists stains and chips, while the porcelain is non-porous and safe for dishwashers. No disassembly is needed beyond lifting out the pots.

The CSAS4 is a standalone model without variants. It is intended for use with Casselin porcelain pots of the correct size, though the frame may fit similar third-party pots if they match the diameter and height.
