The Casselin NENA is a refrigerated buffet display unit.

This appliance maintains a chilled environment to preserve food items.

To use the NENA, the eutectic plates should be placed in a freezer until frozen. Once frozen, they are inserted into the unit. The porcelain plates are then placed on top of the eutectic plates, and food items are arranged on the porcelain plates. The chilled eutectic plates transfer their cold to the porcelain plates, which in turn cool the food above.

The construction features black epoxy painted steel for the main body. It stands on stainless steel feet, providing stability and elevation.

Three porcelain plates (diameter 170 mm, height 18 mm) and three eutectic plates (diameter 170 mm, height 55 mm) are supplied.

The physical specifications are a length of 225 mm, a width of 592 mm, and a height of 422 mm. The unit weighs 7 kg.

Cleaning involves wiping down the surfaces. The removable plates can be cleaned separately.
