The Casselin KIRA is a refrigerated buffet display unit for presenting chilled food items.

This unit uses a refrigeration system to maintain a low temperature, keeping food fresh and safe for service. It holds pre-chilled ingredients or dishes, preventing them from warming up.

To use the KIRA, freeze the included eutectic plate until solid. Insert the frozen plate into the base of the display unit. Place the porcelain salad bowl on top of the eutectic plate, then add food items to the bowl. The frozen eutectic plate draws heat away from the food, keeping it cool.

The construction features a body made from black epoxy painted steel. It stands on stainless steel feet.

Included is one porcelain salad bowl with a diameter of 400 mm and a height of 65 mm. Also included is one eutectic plate measuring 290 mm in diameter and 55 mm in height.

The overall dimensions of the display unit are 395 mm length, 395 mm width, and 150 mm height. The unit weighs 5.5 kg.

This refrigerated buffet display is suitable for breakfast dishes, breakfast serving dishes in hotels and accommodation settings, and as a display for snack stands.

Cleaning involves wiping the exterior and interior surfaces. The porcelain bowl and eutectic plate can be washed separately.
