The Casselin KIRA is a refrigerated buffet display unit.

This appliance maintains a chilled environment to preserve food items at a safe serving temperature. To use the KIRA, freeze the eutectic plates, then place them inside the unit. Position the porcelain bowls on top of the eutectic plates and add food items. The chilled plates keep the bowl contents cool.

Constructed from black epoxy painted steel, the display unit has stainless steel feet. It includes three porcelain bowls (190 mm diameter, 55 mm high) and three eutectic plates (170 mm diameter, 55 mm high).

The unit measures 650 mm length, 230 mm width, and 340 mm height. It weighs 2.8 kg.

Clean the removable bowls and plates, and the exterior surfaces. The stainless steel feet and epoxy painted steel body can be wiped clean.

This model is suitable for breakfast dishes, hotel and accommodation breakfast serving, and snack stands and displays.
