The Casselin NENA is a refrigerated buffet display unit for presenting food items at a chilled temperature. It operates by circulating cool air within its insulated compartment, maintaining a consistent low temperature to preserve the freshness of displayed foods.

The unit is constructed from black epoxy painted steel and stands on stainless steel feet, which offer stability and resistance to corrosion. Included with the display are two serving components: a porcelain plate with a diameter of 290 mm and a height of 18 mm, and a eutectic plate with a diameter of 290 mm and a height of 55 mm. The eutectic plate is designed to be pre-frozen and then placed within the display to help maintain the required chilled temperature for an extended period.

With overall dimensions of 352 mm in length, 352 mm in width, and 220 mm in height, this display has a compact footprint.
