The operator places the rack on a counter or trolley, unfolds the frame and locks the shelves into position. Each shelf is sized for a standard GN 2/4 plate, so any compatible container—hot-holding pans, cold wells or display trays—slides straight in. No tools are needed for assembly; the unit arrives flat and clicks together in minutes.

The frame is black epoxy-painted steel for a neutral finish that resists scratches and wipes clean. The shelves are stainless steel, which does not absorb odours or corrode under wet service. The feet are levelled to prevent rocking on uneven surfaces.
