A stainless steel sink unit with integral tap designed for continuous use on a professional kitchen worktop. The bowl holds water for washing, rinsing and soaking, while the tap supplies a steady stream directly over the sink without external plumbing connections.

The bowl is deep enough to submerge large pots, trays and utensils, and the rim is wide and flat so it sits flush on the worktop. Water drains through an outlet at the base of the bowl, preventing standing water and reducing the risk of cross-contamination between tasks.

To use, the operator places the sink on the worktop, connects the tap to a water supply, and opens the valve. Water flows into the bowl until the desired level is reached, then the valve is closed. After use, the outlet is opened to drain the water, and the bowl is wiped clean with a cloth or sponge.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat and impact. The surface is smooth and non-porous, so it does not absorb food residues or bacteria. The tap is fixed to the rim, providing a permanent water source without additional fittings.

The overall dimensions of 400 mm wide, 310 mm deep and 250 mm high determine the space it occupies on the worktop and the volume of water it can hold. The sink is moved by lifting from the rim or base, and its weight ensures it remains stable during use.

Cleaning involves rinsing the bowl with hot water after each use, scrubbing with a non-abrasive pad if residues remain, and drying with a cloth to prevent water spots. The tap and valve are wiped with a damp cloth to remove splashes and limescale.
