The ROCAM GIUNONE RV buffet trolley maintains chilled food at safe temperatures using a sealed well and fan-assisted refrigeration. Cold air circulates evenly, keeping dishes between +2 °C and +8 °C without freezing. A digital thermostat regulates the temperature, ensuring consistent conditions even with frequent dome access or warm surroundings.

The dome opens on both sides for easy access, while a drain cock at the base of the well simplifies cleaning. Once loaded, the operator sets the thermostat, connects the trolley to a 230 V supply, and activates the refrigeration cycle. The trolley remains mobile, allowing movement between kitchen and service areas while maintaining temperature.

Constructed with a laminated wood frame, the GIUNONE RV offers a choice of twenty-two finishes, including silver, rose, anthracite, and black, to suit any venue's décor. The clear acrylic dome provides visibility while protecting food from contaminants. Four 125 mm steel castors, two with brakes, ensure stability and ease of movement across uneven surfaces. The trolley's weight ranges from 123 to 154 kg, reflecting its sturdy build and refrigeration unit, yet it remains manageable for one person.

The digital thermostat is the primary control, displaying the current temperature and allowing adjustment within the +2 °C to +8 °C range. With a power requirement of 0.371 kW, the trolley operates on a standard circuit without overloading it. Its dimensions of 1078 mm by 746 mm fit through standard doorways while leaving ample aisle space.

Cleaning is simple: the well and dome detach for thorough washing, and the laminated wood panels wipe clean with a damp cloth. The drain cock facilitates emptying the well, while optional accessories like a folding dish-holder, removable display grid, or tray slides can be added to tailor the trolley to specific service needs.
