A mobile service trolley built for professional catering, the ROCAM Arianna BREAK combines solid wood construction with two independent refrigerated display compartments. The upper unit features a removable double-hinged dome, allowing easy access to chilled items while maintaining visibility from all sides. Below, a full-height Plexiglass cabinet provides 360-degree presentation, with a neutral shelf and a built-in refrigerated base to keep ingredients at serving temperature. Both displays rely on eutectic cooling plates, which hold their temperature for up to five hours without power, making the trolley suitable for events or off-grid service areas.
To use the trolley, load the upper dome and lower cabinet with prepared dishes or ingredients. The eutectic plates require pre-chilling in a freezer before operation; once charged, they maintain the display temperature without electricity. The operator wheels the trolley to the service point, where the transparent Plexiglass and open dome allow customers to view the contents without opening the unit. Two lockable castors secure the trolley in place during service.
The frame is constructed from solid wood, available in natural, walnut or wenge finishes, with additional colours available on request. A stainless steel worktop coating is optional for added durability. The trolley stands on four castors, two of which have brakes for stability. The upper dome and lower cabinet are removable for cleaning, while the eutectic plates can be detached and sanitised separately.
The stated weight of 71 kg reflects the trolley's sturdy construction, making it stable during movement but manageable for one operator. Its footprint of 1015 mm by 570 mm fits through standard kitchen doorways and service corridors, while the height of 1197 mm allows clear visibility of the display contents. The packing dimensions of 127 mm by 80 mm by 165 mm refer to the shipping crate, not the assembled unit.
Optional upgrades include bespoke graphic stickers for branding, extra eutectic cooling packs for extended chilling, and non-standard wood finishes. The trolley is designed for professional catering environments, where mobility and temperature control are essential for serving chilled dishes away from fixed refrigeration units.
