The unit is equipped with two adjustable shelves that can accommodate prepared meals on plates or serving trays. When the unit is switched on, the internal lighting illuminates the contents of the display case, ensuring excellent visibility of the products through the tempered glass panels on all sides. Customers can independently select and take food from the front, while staff can replenish the display from the rear or side panels. The worktop, finished with stone-effect high-pressure laminate (HPL), provides a stable surface for additional serving dishes or kitchen utensils.

The unit's frame is made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and easy cleaning under intensive professional operating conditions. The display case is made of tempered glass with protective profiles that help protect the structure against impacts and mechanical damage. The high-pressure laminate worktop is resistant to heat and moisture, complementing the durability of the stainless steel construction.

The unit is simple and convenient to operate using an on/off switch and a thermostat set to +70 °C. No additional adjustment is required. The unit operates on a 230 V single-phase power supply, compatible with standard kitchen electrical systems, so no special electrical installation is required.

The unit has a width of 1300 mm, providing sufficient space for displaying several dishes simultaneously. Its depth is 700 mm, allowing the buffet to be conveniently positioned against a wall or integrated into a self-service island. A version with front access is also available, allowing customers to independently select and take food without staff assistance. The unit can be customised with different colours and finishing materials to blend harmoniously into the existing kitchen or dining area interior.
