This high-quality self-service buffet with display combines modern technology and thoughtful design, offering the ideal solution for food serving in hotels and restaurants.
Temperature mode +70°C
A heated buffet unit maintains food at serving temperature while presenting it under glass for customer choice. The unit draws mains power to heat an internal element; the heat rises evenly through the cavity, keeping plates and trays at a constant +70 °C. This steady warmth prevents cooling and drying, so dishes stay ready for self-service without reheating.
The operator loads the two adjustable shelves with plated food or serving trays. Once the unit is switched on, the internal light illuminates the cavity, making the food visible through the tempered glass on all sides. Customers serve themselves from the front, while staff can replenish from the rear or side panels. The stone-effect HPL worktop provides a stable surface for additional serving dishes or utensils.
The frame is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning in a busy kitchen. The display case uses tempered glass with protective profiles to withstand knocks and impacts. The high-pressure laminate top resists heat and moisture, matching the durability of the steel frame.
Controls consist of a single on-off switch and a thermostat set to +70 °C; no further adjustment is needed. The 230 V supply connects to a standard single-phase circuit, the same as most kitchen appliances, so no special wiring is required.
The 1300 mm width provides ample space for multiple dishes, while the 700 mm depth allows the unit to fit against a wall or island without overhang. The 1400 mm height places the worktop at a comfortable serving level. The 1050 W power rating indicates the load on the circuit, comparable to a commercial oven or deep fryer.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel frame and HPL top with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The tempered glass panels can be cleaned with glass cleaner, avoiding abrasives that could scratch the surface. Shelves lift out for thorough cleaning, and the interior light cover is removable for bulb replacement.
A front-access self-serving model is available as a variant, allowing customers to serve themselves without staff assistance. The unit can also be customised in colour and materials to match existing kitchen décor.
