This premium self-service buffet combines modern technology with thoughtful design, offering an ideal solution for food presentation in hotels and restaurants.
Temperature mode +60°C
Its primary function is to maintain food at a specific temperature using a heated glass surface.
The operating principle involves an integrated heating element beneath the glass surface. This element gently warms the glass, which in turn transfers heat to any items placed directly upon it, such as plates or serving dishes. This method is used to keep food warm without direct contact, preventing scorching or drying out, and is suitable for holding dishes at serving temperature.
To use the BUCE, food items or plates are placed onto the heated glass surface. The buffet is connected to a 230 V power supply. The temperature of the glass surface can be set up to a maximum of 60 °C, allowing for the food to be kept at a warm, ready-to-serve state. The buffet also features integrated LED lighting and an illuminated internal shelf to enhance product visibility.
Constructed with a stainless steel structure, the buffet's upper surface is made from high-pressure laminate (HPL) with a stone-effect finish.
The dimensions of the SAYL BUCE are 1300 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 1285 mm in height. The maximum operating temperature of the heated surface is 60 °C. It requires a 230 V electrical connection.
Cleaning of the stainless steel structure and the HPL surface should be carried out according to standard catering equipment maintenance procedures. The heated glass surface should be cleaned when cool.
This model is listed in the catalogue for use in canteen self-service display cases.
