This premium self-service buffet combines modern technology with thoughtful design, offering an ideal solution for food presentation in hotels and restaurants.

A heated buffet display case keeps prepared dishes warm while presenting them to customers. The unit circulates heated air beneath a flat worktop; the air rises through vents and surrounds gastronorm containers placed on the surface. This gentle, even heat prevents hot spots and keeps food at serving temperature without drying or overcooking.
The operator loads gastronorm containers onto the heated surface, sets the digital control to 80 °C and switches the unit on. LED strips inside the glass shelves illuminate the dishes from above and below, making colours vivid and textures clear. The operator can monitor the temperature on the digital display and adjust it if needed. When service ends, the containers are removed and the unit is switched off.
The BUB150 V is built on a stainless-steel frame that resists corrosion and wipes clean quickly. The worktop is high-pressure laminate with a stone-effect finish, chosen for durability and visual harmony with kitchen interiors. Two tempered-glass shelves sit above the heated surface, each edged with protective profiles to prevent chipping. The front and sides are enclosed in tempered glass panels that give an unobstructed view from any angle.
A 230 V single-phase supply powers the heating element and the LED lighting. The 1300 mm width allows two full-size gastronorm containers side by side, while the 700 mm depth keeps the footprint compact enough for most buffet lines. The 1390 mm height places the shelves at eye level for standing customers.
The stainless-steel surfaces and glass panels are wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service. The digital control panel is cleaned with a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth to avoid moisture ingress. The LED lighting requires no routine maintenance beyond occasional dusting.
A back-plate version, BUB150 V-T, is available for installations against a wall. Both models can be customised in colour and materials to match existing décor.
