Description

The SAYL BUB150 A is a heated buffet suitable for self-service display cases and canteens. This right-side model is constructed from stainless steel. The heated surface, finished with high-pressure laminate (HPL) in a stone-effect, can be set to a maximum temperature of 80 °C. Precise temperature control is managed by an integrated digital system.

Illumination is provided by integrated LED lighting, which evenly lights the dishes, and an illuminated internal shelf further enhances visibility. A stainless steel protective cover is fitted to safeguard the interior of the display.

The buffet operates on a 230 V electrical supply. Its dimensions are 1300 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 1400 mm in height. The construction from stainless steel and HPL indicates a focus on longevity and ease of cleaning. The digital management system allows for accurate setting and maintenance of the required temperature.
