The Roller-grill SB60F is a buffet refrigerator suitable for self-service display cases.

This unit has a capacity for 6 GN1/1 containers, which can be up to 150 mm deep. White-cold LED lighting illuminates the contents. A drop-down shelf is provided on each open side for additional serving space. The lower section is designed for storing plates.

The exterior is available in light oak, mahogany, wenge, or limed white wood finishes. It features a glass top and a central shelf. The shelves are removable, fitted with aluminium profiles, and can be taken out to fit through standard 0.8 m doors. The unit is mounted on 4 double castors, with 2 castors featuring brakes. Direct access is included for maintenance, and the evaporator tube is protected from air. Cold conduction is managed by a pin in contact with the stainless steel plate.

An electronic thermostat controls the temperature, which can be set between 2 °C and 10 °C. Automatic defrosting occurs every 2 hours.

Cleaning and upkeep are facilitated by direct access for maintenance. The shelves are removable.
