Self-service display counter Roller-grill SB40M

The Roller-grill SB40M is a combined freestanding buffet bar for self-service display of hot and cold foods.

This appliance has two separate temperature-controlled compartments. One is refrigerated for chilled food, using cold conduction via a pin in contact with the stainless steel plate. This compartment's evaporator tube is protected from the air and defrosts automatically every two hours. The other compartment is heated for hot food, using a bain-marie system with two heating elements in a stainless steel tank. The tank has a draining device.

Food is placed in GN containers. The refrigerated compartment maintains temperatures between +2 °C and +10 °C. The heated compartment keeps food warm between +20 °C and +90 °C. The unit accepts GN containers up to 150 mm deep.

The buffet bar has a wood finish with an underbody for plate storage and brushed stainless steel posts. It features a glass top, a central shelf, and aluminium profiles on foldable shelves. A removable shelf allows passage through standard 0.8 m doors. It is mounted on 4 double castors, two with brakes. The refrigerated compartment has white-cold LED lighting.

Key specifications: capacity for 4 GN1/1 containers (2/1 GN refrigerated, 2/1 GN heated), power consumption of 2.25 kW, and a 230 V supply. Dimensions are 1420 mm (length) x 950 mm (width) x 1370 mm (height). Weight is 120 kg.

The bain-marie tank in the heated compartment can be emptied via its draining device. Direct access is provided for maintenance.

Available wood finishes include light oak, mahogany, wenge, and limed white. The unit is provided with a mirror and has side access, including a drop-down shelf on the open side.
