Self-service display counter ROCAM 02100K5BM

The ROCAM KIDS 5BM is a water-heated buffet suitable for self-service applications.

This buffet heats a water bath to gently warm food in gastronorm pans. Adhesive silicone resistors beneath the tank heat the water. The water bath temperature is regulated by a digital thermostat.

To operate, fill the water bath and place food in GN 1/1 containers. Set the digital thermostat to the required temperature, from 0 °C to 90 °C. The tank has a drain tap and is made of stainless steel with rounded edges and a depth of 26 cm.

The KIDS 5BM structure is stainless steel with laminated wood panelling. Other finishes are stainless steel and painted sheet metal. Height-adjustable feet with a base provide stability.

Temperature regulation uses a digital thermostat.

The buffet holds 5 GN 1/1 containers. Dimensions are 1821 mm length, 747 mm width, and 750 mm height. Power consumption is 2.5 kW from a 230 V supply. Weight is 85.5 kg.

Empty the water bath using the drain tap. The stainless steel construction aids upkeep.

Modules can be fitted with different lighting and bulkheads.
