This static refrigerated buffet keeps chilled food at serving temperature using natural convection.

The unit accommodates four GN1/1 gastronorm pans in its 26 cm deep well. A digital thermostat maintains temperatures between +2 °C and +10 °C, while a drain cock at the front simplifies cleaning. Optional accessories like sneeze-guards, tray slides, or dish holders can be added to suit different service styles, whether self-service, assisted, or wall-mounted.

The frame is stainless steel, clad in laminated wood panels available in multiple colours. Four adjustable feet with a skirting board ensure stability on uneven floors and protect walls. An optional lower compartment with doors provides storage for backup pans or supplies.

Powered by a 230 V supply, the compressor draws 0.33 kW, with optional lighting adding minimal extra load. The external dimensions fit through standard doorways, and the unit weighs 90 kg, allowing two people to move it when equipped with optional reinforced castors.

Cleaning involves removing GN pans and accessories, wiping the stainless-steel well with a damp cloth, and draining condensate via the cock. Laminated wood panels should be cleaned with mild detergent, avoiding abrasives. Optional tempered glass sneeze-guards can be cleaned with glass cleaner, and the lower compartment, if present, is wiped similarly.

Configurable options include LED or halogen lighting, straight or inclined sneeze-guards, closed glass displays, folding dish holders in wood or stainless steel, tube tray slides, removable display grids, and reinforced castors. Each option is selected at order to match the school's service requirements and layout.
