The ROCAM KIDS 4BM SEP is a water-heated buffet suitable for self-service display cases in canteens.

This buffet uses a water bath heated by elements attached to the well's underside. This indirect heating method maintains food temperature consistently, preventing drying or burning and ensuring safe holding.

To operate, fill the stainless steel well with water. Use the digital thermostat to heat the water to the desired temperature, adjustable between 0 °C and 90 °C. Place food, typically in GN 1/1 containers, into the heated water bath. The buffet features a stainless steel structure with laminated wood panelling and adjustable feet with a skirting board. The well is 26 cm deep, has rounded edges for easy cleaning, and includes a drain cock.

The digital thermostat provides precise temperature regulation. The unit's power is 2 kW. Its dimensions are 1496 mm (length) by 747 mm (width) by 750 mm (height). The weight is 72 kg. The maximum temperature setting is 90 °C.

Cleaning involves draining the well using the cock and then cleaning the stainless steel surfaces. The buffet holds 4 GN 1/1 containers.
