The ROCAM HAPPY 3 BM is a heated bain marie buffet, article number 013HP3BM. This appliance is designed for self-service display in canteens.

Bain marie buffets operate by heating water held within a well. Food containers are then placed into this hot water, which transfers heat to the food, keeping it at a serving temperature. The control panel allows for temperature regulation via the mechanical thermostat. An indicator light signals when the heating is active. A security door can be fitted to the control panel as an option.
