The ROCAM HEKO 6 BM/infra is a heated buffet designed for self-service display cases.

This appliance combines two heating methods to maintain food temperature. Bain marie heating uses a water bath to gently heat food from below, controlled by a mechanical thermostat. Dry heating is provided by infrared lamps, which emit heat and a red light, with a separate switch for illumination.

Operation involves filling the stainless steel well with water for bain marie heating and setting the mechanical thermostat between +30 °C and +90 °C.
