A self-service station at the start of a meal distribution line keeps trays, plates, cutlery and glasses within easy reach. The ATHENA PV module from ROCAM offers a dedicated space where items are stored on inclined shelves, allowing gravity to bring the next piece forward as each one is taken. Operators slide stock onto the sloping surface, and diners lift items from the front without needing to pull shelves or open doors.

The module features a sturdy frame with angled shelves inside. Each shelf is designed to accommodate specific tableware: wider for trays, narrower for plates, and divided sections for cutlery and glasses. The angle prevents items from sliding off during movement while ensuring the next item moves forward automatically. The open front allows diners to see and access contents without obstruction.

Staff load trays, plates, cutlery and glasses onto the appropriate shelves from the rear or side. Once loaded, items feed forward automatically. Diners select what they need from the front, and the remaining stock slides down to fill the gap. The module operates without controls or power, relying solely on gravity and shelf angle.

The frame and outer panels are available in a range of finishes: White Sand, Grey Fog, Elm, Walnut, Wenge, Anthracite, Veined White, Veined Black, Grey, Rose, Saffron, Lime, Caribe or Travertine. Inside, the shelves are made of stainless steel for hygiene and durability. The unit measures 930 mm wide, 747 mm deep and 1247 mm high, with a packing size of 120 × 80 × 155 mm for delivery.

The module occupies floor space of 930 × 747 mm, allowing integration into service lines. The height of 1247 mm enables staff to restock while standing without bending. Stainless steel shelves are easy to clean, and smooth outer panels can be wiped down with a damp cloth to maintain appearance.
