The ATHENA SAL N3 from ROCAM offers a flexible solution for self-service lines, combining laminated wood and stainless steel in a sturdy, adaptable unit. Designed to hold dishes, trays and utensils, it keeps everything within reach while allowing easy repositioning on four 75 mm castors, two with brakes, for precise placement or cleaning access.

A single door encloses the lower compartment, where an adjustable shelf provides extra storage for plates, cutlery or condiments. Soft-close hinges on the door and any optional drawers prevent noise during busy service periods.

The worktop supports trays, dishes or display grids, with removable tray slides available in laminated wood or stainless steel. These can be fitted on either the long or short side, while folding dish holders in wood or stainless steel tube swing out when needed and fold flat when not in use. A full lower closure with doors offers secure storage, and a removable display grid keeps small items visible without crowding the worktop.

The laminated wood structure comes in a wide range of colours, from neutral whites and greys to warm wood tones or bold shades, allowing the module to blend with kitchen décor or brand identity. Stainless steel details protect corners and edges, resisting daily wear from trolleys and trays. The worktop can be specified in formica or stainless steel, depending on budget or durability needs.

Operation is straightforward: castor brakes secure the unit in place, and the soft-close mechanism requires no adjustment. The adjustable shelf inside the lower compartment is set by hand without tools.

Cleaning is simple: laminated wood surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while stainless steel parts are sanitised with kitchen-safe sprays. Removable tray slides and dish holders lift out for thorough washing, and the adjustable shelf can be removed to clean the lower compartment.
