The ROCAM ATHENA 3 BM/HALO is a heated buffet suitable for self-service display cases. It features a structure made from laminated wood.

This heated buffet uses two independent heating systems: bain marie heating for the well and upper heating from halogen lamps. The bain marie system heats the water in the well, which then heats the food in GN pans. The halogen lamps provide radiant heat from above to keep food surfaces warm. This dual heating allows for precise temperature control.

Food is placed in GN 1/1 pans within the buffet's well. The bain marie compartment is filled with water and heated to the desired temperature, set via the digital thermostat. The upper halogen lamps can also be activated and their temperature adjusted independently. The buffet operates within a temperature range of 0 °C to 90 °C.
