Self-service display counter ROCAM 01000ATH6MRE

The ROCAM ATHENA 6 R/M is a refrigerated buffet designed for self-service display in canteens. Its structure is constructed from laminated wood, with ventilation grids for the compressor unit integrated directly into this wooden frame.

A mobile Plexiglass sneeze guard, featuring a squared design, is fitted to protect the displayed food. This guard incorporates an anti-pinch safety system for secure operation.

This buffet employs static refrigeration using R290 gas. This method involves cooling surfaces that directly surround the food area, thereby removing heat from the contents. The system is controlled by a digital thermostat, allowing for temperature settings between +2 °C and +10 °C. The buffet is illuminated by LED lighting.

The well of the unit measures 26 cm in depth and is equipped with a drain cock for easy emptying. The capacity accommodates 6 GN 1/1 containers, which are available on request.

For mobility, two polyamide castors, each fitted with a brake, are included.
