The ROCAM ATHENA 6 BM is a heated buffet designed for self-service display cases in canteens. It features a laminated wood structure. Heating elements are positioned beneath the stainless steel well. The buffet accommodates 6 GN1/1 containers. The well is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and measures 26 cm deep. A drain cock is fitted for easy emptying. Operation is managed via a digital thermostat. The maximum operating temperature is 90 °C, with a minimum setting of 0 °C. The unit has a power consumption of 3.25 kW and operates on a 230 V supply. For user convenience and food safety, the ATHENA 6 BM includes an upper fixed Plexiglass sneeze guard and integrated LED lighting to illuminate the displayed food.
