The ROCAM ATHENA 4 R/W is a refrigerated buffet designed for self-service display.

This type of appliance maintains food temperature through a refrigeration system. A compressor unit cools the internal space, circulating cold air to keep food within a safe temperature range. This process prevents bacterial growth and preserves the quality of displayed items.

The buffet has a capacity for 4 GN 1/1 containers. The operator would typically place pre-chilled food in these containers and arrange them within the refrigerated well.
