This samowar royal delivers a constant supply of boiling water for tea, coffee and infusions by using a central chimney to circulate hot water. The main boiler warms the water, while the chimney draws the hottest water upwards and returns cooler water to the base, creating a natural convection loop that maintains an even temperature without a pump. A separate side kettle offers extra capacity or a different temperature setting for delicate teas.
Users fill the main boiler through a top inlet and activate the heating element. Once boiling, the convection loop keeps the water hot. The side kettle is filled and heated independently, allowing two temperatures to be available simultaneously. Each vessel has its own tap for drawing water without stopping the heating process.
Constructed from stainless steel, the unit features a welded main boiler and a removable side kettle for straightforward cleaning. Heating elements are protected by sleeves to avoid direct water contact. Controls include two on-off switches—one for each boiler—with indicator lights showing when the elements are active.
The main element uses 2.3 kW and the side element 0.7 kW from a 230 V single-phase supply. The 470 mm width and 400 mm depth suit most work surfaces, while the 733 mm height avoids overhead cupboards. At 9.12 kg, the unit can be repositioned by one person using the side handles. The 15-litre main volume and 2-litre side volume support continuous service.
After use, the side kettle detaches for cleaning. The main boiler drains through a bottom tap and is wiped with a damp cloth. Heating elements should cool before maintenance, and protective sleeves should be checked for scale build-up.
The Samowar Royal appears in the Neumarker catering catalogue under hot-water appliances.
