Rotisserie Grill Elangrill CM29-MAX-G

The Elangrill CM29-MAX-G is a charcoal grill for professional use. It has a ribbed, reinforced stainless steel supporting structure.

This charcoal grill cooks food using direct heat from charcoal. The CM29-MAX-G is set up for rotary grilling, with food on spits rotated over the heat. Independent motors for each spit drive this rotation, providing even cooking by exposing all food sides to heat.

Operation starts with preparing the charcoal. The device has a multi burner with a safety valve. Food is loaded onto the 20 included stainless steel spits, each 50 cm long. Each spit is powered by its own motor with a gearbox. The grill also has three racks. Built-in interior lighting illuminates the cooking area. A removable stainless steel fat collection tray catches drippings, simplifying cleaning.
