NOTES 1 pc.

A fork designed to hold whole chickens firmly during sword-style rotisserie cooking, where the bird is skewered lengthwise and rotated over an open heat source. The tines pierce the meat and lock it in place, preventing slippage as the sword turns, so the chicken cooks evenly on all sides without shifting or falling.

The operator slides the fork onto the sword first, then impales the chicken through its centre, aligning the tines with the bone structure. Once the bird is secured, the second fork is added at the opposite end, sandwiching the chicken between the two forks. The loaded sword is then mounted on the rotisserie motor, and the cooking programme is started. Throughout the cycle, the forks keep the chicken stable, allowing the heat to circulate freely around the surface.

Constructed as a single piece, the fork is supplied individually and fits standard sword-style rotisserie equipment used in professional kitchens.

This accessory is categorised under rotisserie spares and accessories in the commercial catering catalogue.
