| NOTES | 19 skewers + charcoal grill + manual double grill GAS OR ELECRTIC |
This model is equipped with 19 rotating skewers, a charcoal grill, and a manual double grill.
A charcoal grill that cooks nineteen skewers at once, each turning on its own motor so that every piece of meat, fish or vegetable receives steady heat without crowding the fire. The charcoal bed sits below two grill levels: the lower one sears over direct heat, the upper one finishes or holds food warm. This arrangement lets the kitchen run two cooking stages at the same time, or handle different foods that need different heat intensities. Charcoal is the heat source. It burns in a firebox beneath the skewers, radiating heat upwards and creating the smoky flavour that defines grilled food. Airflow is controlled by vents and the height of the grill levels, so the operator can raise or lower the temperature without moving the coals. A front door gives safe access for adding fuel, while a sliding ash drawer collects waste after service, keeping the workspace clean. Operation begins by loading charcoal through the front door and lighting it. Once the coals are ready, the skewers are threaded with food and placed on the motor spindles. The operator selects the lower or upper grill level for each skewer, starts the motors, and adjusts the vents to set the heat. The nineteen independent drives prevent overload and allow different cooking times on the same grill. When the food is done, the skewers are lifted off and the ash drawer is emptied. The frame is a ribbed, reinforced structure of stainless steel that resists corrosion, high temperatures and mechanical stress. It stands on four wheels with brakes, so the unit can be moved into position and then locked in place. Nineteen stainless-steel skewers, each 50 cm long, are included; they withstand repeated heating and cooling without warping and are easy to clean. Controls are simple: an on-off switch for each motor and a common power indicator. The 230 V supply connects to a standard single-phase circuit, drawing 335 W when all motors run. The footprint of 2933 × 600 mm fits along a worktop or against a wall, leaving room for plating and service. Stainless steel skewers and the ribbed frame release charred residue with a single wipe after the grill cools, leaving no trace of last night's lamb chops. The ash drawer slides out for emptying, and the stainless-steel skewers and grill grids can be washed in a sink or dishwasher. The frame and firebox are wiped down with a damp cloth; no special chemicals are needed. The 19BC model is a manual charcoal grill with a double grill level and nineteen independent skewers. It is designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants and barbecue zones that need consistent, high-volume grilling without electric or gas heat.
