A rinse jet diffuser distributes a high-velocity curtain of fresh water across the final rinse cycle of a glasswasher or cupwasher. The water is forced through fine nozzles at pressure, breaking surface tension and carrying away detergent residue, lipstick and sugar films without leaving streaks or spots. The diffuser mounts inside the machine's rinse arm or spray bar, ensuring the water reaches every glass or cup regardless of how they are loaded.

The operator loads the glasswasher with clean glasses, adds rinse aid to the dispenser and selects the programme. Once the wash cycle finishes, the machine switches to rinse; the diffuser then sprays a controlled sheet of water for a set duration, draining immediately afterwards. No adjustment is needed during operation; the diffuser's pattern is fixed by its internal geometry.

Construction is a single moulded body in food-safe polymer, resistant to the temperatures and chemicals of commercial dishwashing. The nozzles are precision-formed to maintain consistent flow and pressure across the entire width of the spray.

This LF rinse jet diffuser fits HILTA glasswashers and cupwashers in the RB08, S22, SB08, SB12, SUPER BAR R10, SUPER BAR R12 and SUPER BAR S10 ranges. It is also compatible with IME OMNIWASH dishwashers, glasswashers and cupwashers in the 4000 EVO, DUE, QUATTRO, UNO, JOLLY, MASTER and N series, including all listed sub-models.
