This static refrigerated cabinet features two separate compartments that maintain chilled air without forced circulation. A plate evaporator behind the interior walls removes heat from stored items, transferring it to the R600a refrigerant gas. The sealed system absorbs heat at low pressure and releases it externally at higher pressure, keeping temperatures between +2 °C and +8 °C to preserve fresh ingredients effectively. Automatic defrosting prevents ice accumulation on the evaporator, melting frost at regular intervals and evaporating condensed water automatically.

Each compartment includes six full-size wire grids measuring 505 by 415 mm and two half-size grids of 505 by 215 mm, allowing organised storage of prepared dishes or fresh produce. LED lighting inside ensures clear visibility through the glass doors without adding extra heat. The cabinet maintains its temperature range through automatic control, requiring no manual adjustments. It operates on a 220-240 V single-phase electrical supply, compatible with standard commercial kitchen circuits.

The exterior combines wood and ABS panels, available in dark walnut, light walnut or carbon finishes. Interior walls are either white or black, providing a neutral backdrop for stored items. Insulation of 45 mm thickness minimises heat transfer, ensuring the interior remains cool while the exterior stays at room temperature. Adjustable feet allow for levelling on uneven surfaces. With external measurements of 1280 mm wide, 610 mm deep and 1860 mm high, the cabinet occupies minimal floor space. Its 290 kg weight typically requires two people or a trolley for safe relocation, and the doors cannot be reversed.

Maintenance involves wiping interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, with wire grids removable for separate cleaning. The automatic defrost system removes the need for manual defrosting, while condensed water evaporation prevents moisture build-up. The unit holds an energy class B rating, with each compartment consuming 185 W. It performs reliably in environments up to +32 °C with 55% relative humidity, suitable for professional kitchens with controlled conditions.
