The FORCAR G-PA800TN is a ventilated refrigerated pastry cabinet designed for professional use. This unit features an incorporated refrigerating system and an insulated engine compartment, providing cooling.

The operating principle of a ventilated refrigerated cabinet involves circulating cold air throughout the interior. A fan draws air over a cooling coil, which removes heat, and then distributes this chilled air evenly around the stored products. This method prevents temperature stratification and maintains consistent conditions, crucial for preserving pastries.

Operation begins with setting the desired temperature using the electronic control panel, which features a digital thermostat. The cabinet automatically maintains the set temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C. An electrical heating element around the door frame prevents condensation from forming on the exterior. When the cooling cycle concludes, automatic defrosting occurs, also managed by an electric heating element and controlled temperature settings. The cabinet is equipped with height-adjustable feet made from stainless steel for stability on uneven floors. The door is reversible, allowing for flexible placement, and includes a self-closing spring mechanism and a lock with a key for security. The door gasket can be removed without tools for cleaning. The interior features rounded corners at the bottom for easier cleaning and an interior light to illuminate the contents.

The cabinet offers a total capacity of 737 litres. Its external dimensions measure 740 mm in width, 990 mm in length, and 2100 mm in height.
