Refrigerator FORCAR G-GNV600DT

The FORCAR G-GNV600DT is a GN2/1 refrigerated cabinet for professional shop and kitchen use. This built-in unit uses a ventilated cooling system with a fan for consistent temperatures.

The cabinet has a concealed evaporator with anti-corrosion treatment. Electronic controls and a digital thermostat manage temperature settings from -18 °C to 8 °C. An electric heater around the door frame prevents condensation. Automatic defrosting with electronic control and automatic evaporation of condensation water are included.

Users set the desired temperature via the digital thermostat. The cooling system maintains this temperature, and the automatic defrost cycle prevents ice build-up on the evaporator.
