Refrigerator FORCAR G-ERV600

A ventilated refrigerated cabinet keeps perishable food at safe holding temperatures by circulating chilled air evenly around every shelf. A fan draws air across an evaporator coil, cooling it before pushing it through the cabinet. This forced-air flow prevents hot spots and ensures consistent temperatures from top to bottom, making it suitable for high-volume storage where door openings are frequent.

The operator loads the shelves with prepared dishes, raw ingredients or packaged goods, then sets the electronic controller to the desired temperature between 0 °C and +8 °C. Once plugged into a 220-240 V supply, the unit starts automatically. The ECOVENT system modulates the cooling cycle to reduce energy use while maintaining the set point. Automatic defrosting removes ice from the evaporator without manual intervention, and condensate water is evaporated on the compressor coil, eliminating the need for a drain.

The cabinet is built from white epoxy-coated sheet metal for the exterior and polystyrene for the interior. A single full-height blind door with a handle opens to reveal four adjustable shelves: three measuring 650 mm by 527 mm and one 650 mm by 297 mm. The door can be hinged on either side to suit the kitchen layout. Rear and bottom external panels are galvanised steel for corrosion resistance.

An electronic temperature controller allows precise setting within the 0 °C to +8 °C range. The 280 W power rating indicates a modest electrical load, suitable for standard kitchen circuits. The 509 L capacity provides ample storage for a medium-sized professional kitchen, while the 70 mm insulation thickness helps maintain stable internal temperatures even when ambient conditions reach +35 °C and 65% relative humidity.

The 112 kg weight requires two people to move the unit safely. External dimensions of 775 mm wide, 750 mm deep and 1860 mm high fit through standard doorways and under most worktop overhangs. Internal usable space measures 635 mm by 460 mm by 1627 mm high, allowing tall containers to be stored upright.

Cleaning involves wiping the polystyrene interior with a mild detergent solution, removing and washing the shelves separately, and dusting the condenser coil at the rear to maintain airflow. The automatic condensate evaporation system removes the need for manual draining, reducing daily maintenance.
