A static refrigerated cabinet holds perishable food at safe temperatures without forced air circulation. The cooling plate, mounted inside the insulated walls, draws heat from the interior and transfers it to the refrigerant gas. As the gas absorbs heat, it evaporates and is then compressed and condensed outside the cabinet, releasing the heat into the surrounding air.

The operator loads the cabinet by placing food on the supplied wire grids. The single blind door seals tightly to prevent warm air entering, and the LED interior light illuminates the contents when the door is opened. A thermostat controls the cooling cycle, while automatic defrosting prevents ice build-up on the evaporator plate. Condensed water evaporates automatically, eliminating the need for manual drainage.

The cabinet is constructed from epoxy-coated sheet metal for the exterior, with a polystyrene interior and galvanised sheet metal panels at the rear and bottom. The 60 mm insulation layer reduces heat transfer, keeping the interior cool with minimal energy use. The door can be reversed to open from either side, and the handle provides a secure grip.

With a 570 litre capacity, the cabinet offers ample storage for a professional kitchen. The internal dimensions of 657 x 580 x 1660 mm accommodate three full-size grids measuring 650 x 520 mm and one half-size grid measuring 650 x 290 mm. The door seal should be checked periodically to ensure a tight fit, and the evaporator plate should be kept free of debris to maintain efficient cooling.
