The operator sets the thermostat to the desired temperature, and the cabinet maintains it automatically. An automatic defrost system melts ice from the evaporator without manual intervention, and condensed water evaporates on its own, eliminating the need for drainage.

The external structure is painted steel, chosen for durability and ease of cleaning in a busy kitchen. The interior liner is ABS plastic, which resists moisture and simplifies wiping down. A 60 mm layer of insulation reduces heat transfer, keeping the interior cold with minimal energy. The door can be reversed to open from either side, adapting to the kitchen layout.

Cleaning involves wiping the painted steel exterior and ABS interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The grids lift out for separate washing. The automatic defrost and water evaporation systems reduce daily upkeep, but the evaporator and condenser should be checked periodically for dust build-up to ensure efficient cooling.
