A refrigerated cabinet keeps drinks chilled by circulating cold air inside an insulated chamber. A compressor draws heat from the interior and expels it outside, while a plate evaporator spreads the cold evenly across the shelves. The static cooling method relies on natural air movement, which avoids drying out the contents and reduces energy use. Automatic defrosting melts ice build-up without manual intervention, and condensed water evaporates on its own, so the cabinet stays dry inside. To use the cabinet, plug it into a 220-240 V supply and set the thermostat to the desired temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C. The interior LED light switches on when the door opens, showing the three supplied grids: two full-width shelves and one half-width shelf. Load bottles or cans onto the grids, close the door, and the cabinet maintains the set temperature automatically. The door can be reversed to open from either side, fitting the layout of the worktop or counter. The cabinet is built from stainless steel AISI 430, which resists corrosion and is easy to clean. The exterior measures 600 mm wide, 585 mm deep and 855 mm high, while the interior space is 510 mm wide, 485 mm deep and 620 mm high. The 40 mm insulation keeps the cold in and the heat out, allowing the cabinet to work in ambient temperatures up to +32 °C and 55% relative humidity. The 105 W power rating means it draws a light load on the kitchen circuit, and the 56 kg weight allows two people to move it without a trolley. The seamless stainless steel exterior resists fingerprints and spills, letting you keep the cabinet spotless with a single pass of a damp cloth after each shift. The automatic defrost and water evaporation systems remove the need to empty trays or scrape ice. The three grids can be removed for separate cleaning, and the LED light cover can be wiped down when the cabinet is unplugged. The cabinet runs on R600a cooling gas, which has a low environmental impact, and is rated energy class B. It is supplied with two 505 x 415 mm grids and one 505 x 215 mm grid, and is designed for static cooling of beverages in professional kitchens.
