Drawer dividers create separate lanes inside a refrigerated or ambient counter so that gastronorm pans of different sizes can be stored side by side without shifting during service. Each divider is a vertical partition that slides into pre-formed slots in the drawer liner, splitting the space into equal or unequal sections as needed. The method keeps pans aligned, prevents spillage and speeds retrieval when orders are called.

To use, the operator opens the drawer, selects the divider pair and inserts the tongues into the matching slots along the drawer walls. The pans are then placed into the newly formed compartments. Once the drawer is closed, the dividers hold the pans firmly in place, even when the drawer is pulled out at speed. When the service period ends, the dividers are lifted out, allowing the drawer to be emptied and cleaned without obstruction.

The dividers are made of stainless steel, matching the interior of the counters they fit. They are supplied as two identical pieces per pack, enabling a single drawer to be split into three equal sections or two unequal ones.

These dividers are compatible with Novameta counters bearing the reference codes FP0, FPR, FS0 and FM0, which accept GN 1/3, 1/6, 1/9 and 2/3 pans.
