A perforated stainless-steel tray slides into small catering drawers to keep ingredients separate and air circulating. The holes allow cold or ambient air to pass through, so every item stays at the same temperature without blocking the refrigeration or ventilation system.

The operator loads the insert outside the drawer, then slides it in like a shelf. Small containers, packets or loose items sit in the perforated base; nothing rests directly on the drawer floor. When the drawer is opened, the entire tray lifts out for quick restocking or cleaning.

Made of stainless steel, the insert resists corrosion and stands up to daily washing. Its perforated construction means no standing water, so it dries quickly and stays hygienic.

The insert fits standard small drawers in Novameta refrigeration and storage units, except those designed for beer boxes.

Cleaning is straightforward: remove the tray, rinse under a tap or wipe with a cloth, and slide it back in once dry.
