Refrigerated module ROCAM 01900OM3RV

The ROCAM OMNIA 3RV is a fan-assisted cold buffet, article number 01900OM3RV.

This type of appliance operates by circulating chilled air within an insulated cabinet. A fan draws air from the cabinet, passes it over a cooling element, and then redistributes it back into the cabinet. This continuous movement of cold air maintains a consistent and even temperature throughout the display area, keeping food products at a safe and appealing temperature. The refrigeration system uses a compressor unit with R290 gas and includes a pre-programmed defrost system.

To use the OMNIA 3RV, food is placed into the stainless steel well, which has rounded edges and a depth of 26 cm. The well is equipped with a drain cock for easy emptying.
