This refrigerated display cabinet allows chilled snacks to remain visible and accessible without opening a door. A static cooling system ensures cold air circulates naturally within the sealed compartment, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout. The glass front and sides provide clear visibility of items while keeping them at safe temperatures to prevent spoilage and maintain freshness during service hours.

Items are loaded by sliding them onto one of the five glass shelves. The temperature is set between 0 °C and +10 °C to suit product needs. Once connected to a 220-240 V supply, the refrigeration cycle operates automatically, maintaining the chosen temperature. Customers select items directly through the glass front, reducing the need for staff intervention beyond restocking.

The cabinet features a stainless-steel exterior and a double-glazed glass front. The interior liner is made of aluminium for its lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties. Five glass shelves, each 328 mm deep and 278 mm wide, are supported by adjustable brackets.

A single thermostat controls the temperature range of 0 °C to +10 °C, accommodating items from chilled desserts to pre-packaged sandwiches. With a 0.14 kW power rating, the unit operates efficiently on a standard electrical supply. The 60 kg weight requires two people for safe handling, while the 162 litre volume offers ample space for a full shift's snacks without overcrowding.

Daily cleaning involves wiping the glass front and shelves with a mild detergent to ensure visibility. The aluminium interior should be cleaned weekly with a non-abrasive cloth to prevent residue build-up. The static cooling system, lacking fans or filters, requires only occasional defrosting if ice forms on the evaporator coils.
